Who We Are at Xcellium Advisors

Shyam is the founder of Xcellium Advisors. Prior to joining Xcellium he was the CFO of ENR Top #150 Architecture & Engineering firm with 28 offices, where he gained in-depth knowledge of accounting, CRM, and ERP systems. Beyond his technical knowledge of accounting systems, he understands how to successfully achieve user adoption in a multi-office, multi-national environment.  

Marc is an expert in social media, websites, and CRM systems. An award-winning graphic designer, Marc has advised Fortune 500 companies, including White Castle, Sherwin Williams, and Scotts Miracle-Gro on their marketing strategies. In addition, he has managed the social media strategies for some of the Midwest's leading Chambers of Commerce and Non-profits. 

An accountant by training, Derek brings to Xcellium Advisors 15 years of experience working as a project accountant for some of the Midwest's leading architecture & engineering firms. He has in-depth knowledge of Deltek Ajera, Vision, and VantagePoint. His diverse hands-on experience provides our clients with proven successful change management strategies.  

Aurther's diverse experience in computer science and management information systems is a tremendous asset to our team. Prior to Xcellium, Aurther was the Director of Finance for a leading engineering firm. This experience provided him insight into the unique challenges faced by government contractors.
